Tuesday, October 20 was our most recent meeting the topic being Disaster Preparedness. A speaker from the Red Cross came and gave us the low down on how to prepare in advance for such things as flooding, earthquake and, especially good for our area, a lahar (which would be the gigantic mud flow caused by a volcanic eruption).
